Building Effective Teams

This 60 minute session includes modules on how to lead high performing teams, building trust and includes a game to confirm your learning.

At the end of this lesson you will be able to: 

• Learn to match appropriate roles and responsibilities to players to maximize abiliity to resolve problems
• Establish a team culture for all player roles to flourish resulting in problem resolution
• Discover and employ practical skills in collaborative leadership to guide health care teams
