Difficult Conversations and the Art of Effective Feedback is a two hour session, with modules covering the topics of Understanding what a Crucial Conversation Is, Tools and Techniques for a Crucial Conversation, and Providing Feedback, along with a Pre-Planning Worksheet for an effective conversation.

At the end of this lesson you will be able to: 

• Demonstrate knowledge in the application of preparing for a diffcult conversation
• Develop communication awareness to recognize situations where  negative feedback is needed and apply positive tactics for successful delivery
