Goal Setting

Goal Setting is a 1 hour session which includes an interactive introduction to SMART goals, with explanation of SMART goals, as well as a printable worksheet to help you walk through this important activity.

At the end of this lesson you will be able to: 

1. Understand the purpose in goal setting as a leader
2. Review and practice the components of SMART goal setting and apply SMART goal components to set a personal and professional goal
